This page explains how a Parent account holder can request deletion of the account and associated TEO Family Security cloud data.
Use the account deletion option in the TEO Family Security Parent application. The flow requires explicit confirmation before deletion is performed.
Successful account deletion is designed to remove or revoke the account-scoped TEO Family Security relationship and associated cloud records controlled by that account, including relevant family, child, device, pairing and security-service data connected to the account.
This can include child profiles, registered devices and installations, pairings, application findings and inventory, security events, incidents, recommendations, behavior timeline entries, threat stories, reports, connectivity/heartbeat information and other account-scoped protection metadata.
Associated Child device authorization is revoked as part of the deletion process so a deleted Parent/family relationship does not remain active.
Email info@teoframe.com with the subject TEO Family Security Data Deletion. Use the email address associated with your account where possible. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a request.
Deletion is permanent. Some minimal information may be retained only where required for legal, fraud-prevention or security purposes. Such retained information is not kept for continued family-security monitoring.
See the TEO Family Security Privacy Policy for more information about data processing.
